- Dispatch
Our goal is to dispatch your online order as soon as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1 business day, but please allow additional business days in exceptional cases for the shipment to leave our warehouse.
- Delivery Rates
Our standard delivery rates are shown on our website, during checkout, and where applicable in our support or FAQ sections.
- Delivery Time
If an item is in stock, we usually dispatch it within 1 business day after receiving your order. Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days.
Please note: Occasionally, items marked as “in stock” may sell out quickly. If this happens and we cannot ship your order within the expected time, we will contact you to agree on the next steps.
- Shipping Methods & Delivery Attempts
We ship orders using GLS. A signature may be required upon delivery.
If you are not available at the time of delivery, a delivery notice may be left with further instructions for redelivery or collection.
If you do not collect or accept your order within 14 days from the first delivery attempt, we reserve the right to cancel your order and deduct any related costs (e.g. return or handling costs).
- Shipping Address & Liability
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and that someone is available to receive the package during business hours.
If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, we cannot guarantee successful delivery and accept no responsibility for failed delivery.
We recommend using a delivery address where the parcel can be safely received or selecting a suitable collection option if available.

- Delivery Areas
We ship to countries available for selection during checkout.
Some products may have shipping restrictions depending on location. Please review this information carefully before placing your order.
Delivery is considered complete once the products arrive at the address you provided. Responsibility for the goods passes to you at that point.
- Late Delivery
You may cancel your order immediately if:
- We refuse to deliver your products, or
- Timely delivery was essential and agreed prior to placing the order
If you do not wish to cancel immediately, you may give us a new reasonable deadline. If we still fail to deliver within that time, you may cancel your order.
The right to cancel due to late delivery does not apply if the delay is caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances beyond our control.
- International Deliveries
We primarily ship within the European Union.
Depending on your destination, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or additional charges. These are the responsibility of the customer.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of your destination country.
We are not liable if your order is delayed, rejected, or confiscated due to customs regulations or local laws.
Withdrawal Period
You have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving any reason.

Effects of Withdrawal
We will reimburse payments received, excluding delivery costs, after receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
Return Conditions
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Customers bear the cost of return shipping. We do not provide return shipping labels.
